Individual Counseling

I provide individual therapy to adults. I am available for either in-person or Telehealth sessions, depending on client preferences or needs. My office is located in University Place, WA near 27th and bridgeport.

Cost & Payments

Insurances Accepted:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Regence

  • Premera

  • Lifewise

  • Anthem

I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients for reimbursement

Private pay rates:

$200 for initial evaluation/intake session

$150 per 50-minute ongoing session

Payment is due at time of service via debit, credit, HSA or FSA.
